Pokemon Go is teaming up with McDonald’s to improve PokeStops and Gyms to fast food restaurants across the United States of America, including special Raids that will happen on certain dates.
PokeStops and Gyms are easy to find in tourist spots or places where people congregate. As such, it’s common to see them pop up in fast-food joints and bars. It’s a natural fit, considering it’s a place where people stop and tend to use their phones, so why not catch a few ‘Mons in the process?
There are already plenty of McDonald’s PokeStops in the world, and there are going to be even more reasons to visit them. According to a new post on the Pokemon Go website, an official collaboration will lead to sponsored PokeStops beneath the golden arches in the USA.

During specific weeks in 2024 and 2025, people who visit a McDonald’s store between 6pm and 7pm local time will meet more Pokemon attracted by Lure Modules, as well as participate in 5-Star Raids at Gyms.
