A new big-budget role-playing game called The Blood of Dawnwalker will be revealed on January 13. The upcoming RPG is in development at Rebel Wolves, with Bandai Namco handling the publishing.
Rebel Wolves is a Polish studio founded in 2022 by Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, a CD Projekt Red veteran who directed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and worked on the prior two entries in the hit series, in addition to serving as head of production on Cyberpunk 2077, among other projects. Joining him at the company are several other The Witcher veterans, including art director Bartlomiej Gawel, animation director Tamara Zawada, and narrative director Jakub Szamalek. Rebel Wolves' first game was officially announced as Dawnwalker in January 2024.
While plenty of RPGs have been announced for 2025 and beyond, these titles are especially exciting.
11 months later, publisher Bandai Namco shared a brief promo video that clarifies the game's full title will actually be The Blood of Dawnwalker. The teaser ends with the promise that the upcoming project will be fully revealed during a live-streamed event scheduled to kick off on January 13, at 1pm PT / 4pm ET / 10pm CET.
