According to a survey sent to World of Warcraft players, Blizzard is considering changing Mythic+ Dungeons to using a death counter instead of timers, similar to how Delves are currently handled. The new World of Warcraft survey was made to gauge player interest in potential Mythic+ Dungeon changes, though any changes made would not happen until the current season has concluded.
The news came as World of Warcraft gears up to release Patch 11.0.7 on Tuesday, December 17. The new update will take players to the Siren Isle, where they will assist the Earthen, Goblins, and Arathi in braving the island's hazardous conditions and uncovering its mysteries. Additionally, some of World of Warcraft's classes will receive balance adjustments in Patch 11.0.7 to make them more competitive in PVE and PVP. A few of the specializations that will be buffed in the Siren Isle update include Havoc Demon Hunters, Marksmanship Hunters, Affliction Warlocks, and Unholy Death Knights.
