You can now experience a modern OutRun with slick looks and lots of references to pop culture.
Detroit: Become Human is another playable movie from Quantic Dream and David Cage, and it is so much more and better than the previous games (Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls) – partly because of the great story, the acting and the great graphics, and partly because of the introduction of flowcharts so you actually know what you've missed. I really love this game and so far it's my game of the year.
Somewhere between the explosions, the jokes and the generic gameplay, there is some brilliancy to be found. The huge roster of weapons, upgrades and add-ons for the weapons and abilities that changes how you deal with your enemies, that also changes completely every time you change an agent. There's much fun to be had with Agents of Mayhem, but don't expect some deep touchy story to discuss for the evening – the story is on the level of a B level cartoon, but the jokes sparks some good laughs.
Lost Legacy is good at being an Uncharted game, and with two amazingly strong women in the forefront, you are not missing Nathan Drake for a second. Lost Legacy is a typical Uncharted game, including treasure hunting, relic findings, funny friendship, quirky remarks, lots of jokes and cool puzzles, but this time… this time there's more heart between the characters. Being the first Uncharted game without Nathan Drake as the protagonist, this is also the first game in the series with a woman as the playable character. And it does it with such attitude and grace it's hard to find arguments against it. Any gamer that wants a good story or that likes treasure hunting or puzzle solving will love this title, even if they haven't played any Uncharted games before. However I recommend playing the previous games in the series first to get the full backstory.
So somebody plays around with matter as well as prototype warmachines – below one of the biggest cities in the solar system. Things really go awry when the matter decides to get self aware and having prototype war robots at the ready just makes for a bad blend. So in the midst of history's biggest evacuation, they are sending in specialists to try and tidy up all the mess. You're one of these specialists. Welcome to Matterfall.
I highly recommend this compilation, especially for fans of the original series. Long time players that didn't play the games now get the chance to experience all 3 in all their glory with new graphics, added trophy support and tweaked difficulty in form of more extra lives and checkpoints as well as unlimited continues. It looks like a kids game, and it is, but the difficulty requires a somewhat skilled player to truly enjoy.
I often found myself just stopping for a moment and look at Trico to watch what the animal was up to or if it would react to me just waiting. I also found myself often pet it when it had done a jump or moved in the direction I asked it to. Like it would make any form of difference.
Mafia III is all about getting even after nearly getting killed and being the sole survivor when an ambush happened on family and friends.
