Dying Light 2 is a fantastic title that manages to improve almost every aspect of the original game. It is one of the most ambitious and beautiful open world games I have ever played, and if you were a fan of the first game, then you should definitely give this one a try. Not only does it blend combat, exploration and storytelling in a superb way, but it also delivers an unforgettable experience that will remain in my heart for years to come.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is the step of innovation that the series needed. At the end of the day, though, that installment feels more like a grand experiment than the franchise's standard going forward.

Rainbow Six Extraction manages to create some unique and interesting concepts, but most of the time it often feels like another generic shooter. This new spinoff just doesn't have anything that makes it stand out from most shooter out there, and I beleive even Siege players won't even be interested in this game for too long.

88 / 100 - Windjammers 2

Windjammers 2 is a worthy sequel to one of the hidden gems of '90s arcades. DotEmu has created a top-tier competitive game that may be one of the most exciting events of EVO.

80 / 100 - Chorus
Jan 4, 2022

Chorus is a straightforward yet fun adventure that makes space combat and exploration accesible for everyone. It has some solid combat mechanics, and the voice actors do a good job with their respective characters, but the story, and the overall lore of the game, are just plainly boring and generic.

90 / 100 - Halo Infinite
Dec 6, 2021

‎I am very happy to tell you that Halo: Infinite is the Halo we had been waiting for and that shows that in fact, 343 Industries is the right studio to continue with the legacy of Master Chief and that most likely, this new formula that integrates an open world in the campaign, is the way to go for future installments. Although, the way in which his story is told is unkind to the new ones, I would tell you that you will find a great FPS anyway in case you have never given the opportunity to John 117, and if you are one of the old veterans, then fasten your belt well because a real journey full of emotions awaits you that will surely return you to the most memorable moments of this super iconic franchise. Xbox is Halo and Halo is Xbox.‎

Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story is a fun rhythm game that features a couple of interesting ideas. Other than that, this experience doesn't offer much for the MOBA world or for the gamer.

Highly recommended for fans of Spielberg's films and, of course, for dinosaur lovers. But if you're looking for a game that really tests your management multitasking skills, I recommend looking for a more genre-specific title.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are remakes that stick a lot to the original works, which turns out to be their worst mistake.

78 / 100 - Battlefield 2042
Nov 19, 2021

Battlefield 2042 is a solid shooter that sadly suffers from a lot of technical problems, including bugs, glitches and a lot of visual inconsistencies. It's a game that has a lot of potential and offers a fun & team-oriented experience, but at the same time it lacks some key futures that, for no apparent reason, just don't exist. It's a hard game to recommend at the moment, but hopefully it will get better with time.

Despite the complaints and all, the reality is that Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition is a pretty good remastered of three great PS2 classics. Something important to understand is that this are just remastered with few changes, not remakes.

90 / 100 - Death's Door
Nov 12, 2021

Despite not doing much in terms of innovation, coupled with a pair of odd framerate issues, Death's Door is a fantasic indie game that seems to do almost everything right. A precise combat, gorgeous environments and a mysterious yet beautiful world, make this an experience you simply can't miss.

Call of Duty: Vanguard is another strong entry for the franchise. It offers a lackluster campaign, but makes up for it with a frenetic and fun multiplayer experiencie. It doesn'r bring anything new to the table in the FPS genre, but many of its elements definitely feel like an evolution for the franchise.
