Whispers of a Machine is a point & click that does not change the genre, but it brings a little more with its system of choices influencing the character of Vera, and the Azur that adapts according to them. Even if the proposed survey remains classic, the mysteries that compose it are complex enough to solicit your brain. If you are a fan of science fiction and this kind of game, it would be a shame to miss the investigation that offers this adventure.

15 / 20 - Days Gone
Apr 25, 2019

With its beautiful graphics, living world, violent and exhilarating melee clashes or even those moments of calm alone on the road, Days Gone should satisfy survival action fans. Nevertheless, its defects do detract, and we hope that the series will have the opportunity to erase them in a sequel.

Danganronpa Trilogy gathers three games having visual novel's qualities and flaws. The plots and principles are stil excellent if we overcome them, but we regret that this trilogy is actually simple ports without any improvement of three existing games on PS4. In short, it's still fascinating, but a bit lazy.

Path to Mnemosyne will transport you to an atypical (too short) journey in the unconscious of a young girl. Transcend by its artistic direction and its music the game of DevilishGames deserves your attention, in spite of some puzzles badly dosed and an abrupt end. If you want to discover an unhealthy and oppressive adventure psychologically, and challenge your brain, Path to Mnemosyne is for you.

Don't be fooled by the cute and childish look of Chocobo's Mystery Dungeon Every Buddy, because the game actually has some formidable aspects, like a wealthy content, huge dungeons and a tough challenge. Despite a technology which is almost the same than the original game and persistant flaws, the game is very catchy. If you missed the original title, or if you are a chcocobo, Final Fantasy or a Mystery Dungeon fan, it's a decent proposition. However, it's too bad that the game can be so punitive, and the technical side as well its usability hasn't been reworked.

Thanks to StrangerVille, The Sims 4 are getting out of their comfort zone in favor of a pleasantly surprising originality. Its news world is well-made and full of charm, and its investigation is basic but pleasant. All of it makes of StrangerVille one of the most pleasant Sims' DLC in a long time. However, its story is rather short but counterbalanced by its singular setting. A rich pack in its own way, that keeps all its promises and is sold half as much as a classic extension.

14 / 20 - Crackdown 3
Feb 14, 2019

Despite its many stated technical shortcomings that will scare more than one player off, Crackdown 3 is not to be thrown in the trash. If technique and graphics aren't everything for you and fun coupled with total freedom tempts you, the game is for you. We can only hope that Sumo Digital will seek to correct some shortcomings after launch and that the multiplayer mode will be sufficiently followed to captivate players over time.

Etrian Odyssey Nexus is a nice farewell letter to the fans. The game is the best of the previous titles, and shows again a well-known game formula, but still pleasant with a mapping which is very good to draw. The game is like a party we would not leave. Until we figure out what the series will become, those who enjoy both dungeons-crawlers and mapping can certainly buy this new entry.

Kindom Hearts III is like a giant Disneyland Park. The game keeps its promises and will delight all the players who will buy it. He renews the combat system in a very good way, but has few minors flaw making the experience not totally sastisfying even if it's a very good trip. KH 3 is generous in its content, offers a nice conclusion and the fans will really enjoy the game. The newcomers could feel a little bit lost though, but this title is without any doubt one of the great games of the beginning of this year.

18 / 20 - Resident Evil 2

More than 20 years ago, Hideki Kamiya brilliantly appropriated the saga, and today the new generation is doing the same. Powerful, demanding and respectful, the resident evil 2 remake stands out as one of the best episodes.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate sounds like the pinnacle of a work begun more than 20 years ago by Nintendo and Masahiro Sakurai, who have been able to preserve the license from the pitfalls in which it could have fallen. By refining its formula to the extreme, while continually increasing the content, we discover a dizzyingly generous product where the love of video games is written with a capital A.

It's always a pleasure to meet George and Nico again in their latest adventures to date. The Switch version contains some new features, especially two modes of gameplayand a renewed interface. We only regret a less successfull final act, than before and some illogical riddles which need to refer to the game help. But if you never have played this game, this ''ultimate'' version is an excellent opportunity to discover it.

Fist of the North Star': Lost Paradise gives us a mixed impression': if we find the series'mythology through its characters and the combat system again, the rest gives the feel of playing to a poor copy of Yakuza. Those who seek a good dose of ultra-violence and the Hokuto techniques will enjoy a good time with this game. Still, once more with a game showing Kenshiro and its lore, we can't help feeling that it's a great waste.

428 Shibuya Scramble has its realistic atmosphere and a well-written and non-linear story which keeps the player in suspense and great characters . The fanatics of special visual nouvels should really enjoy the game. But this genre adresses to a niche audience, especially beacause there is no animations and the story remained in english.

By dint of perseverance and experimentation, Japan Studio managed to offer the setting that Astro deserved. With an endearing mascot that could be fully exploited by PlayStation, which we hope, the title has everything we are entitled to expect from a VR production.
