Ni no Kuni II managed to capture the charm and wonder that keeps RPG fans coming back to the table. Stylistically, the game manages to balance cute and serious for an all around fun ride. Surprising depth of gameplay will give completionists plenty to explore. Easy access to core features allow more casual players to enjoy most of the game as well. Level-5 does a tremendous job with optimization as well, avoiding the typical RPG pitfalls of long lectures and load screens.

Horizon: Forbidden West is a gorgeous and highly polished experience that takes full advantage of the Playstation 5's superior hardware. And while a dream come true for explorers, the sub-par story just prevents it from being a true masterpiece. Recommended for fans of the genre.

8.4 / 10.0 - Street Fighter 6
May 30, 2023

Capcom delivers and checks the majority of the boxes when it comes to the classic and new features of Street Fighter 6. It heads down a different direction making it more casual while maintaining the core values of the game, allowing it to be a mainstream fighting game for all players. However, with its awkward performance on the PlayStation 4. The concern is, will World Tour have more content and will the performance issues be fixed. We hope these will be addressed. In the meantime, it is recommended to play Street Fighter 6 on current-gen consoles and PC to fully appreciate and enjoy this game.

8.4 / 10.0 - Rise of the Ronin
Mar 21, 2024

While Rise of the Ronin suffers from outdated and unattractive graphics, the story and gameplay more than make up for it with a wealth of varied and interesting content available paired with good storytelling that keeps players engaged and wanting to know more. Fans of Team Ninja may be disappointed from the step down in combat quality, but nonetheless it is an enjoyable title that we can recommend at full price.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a joyride into dystopian corporatism that encourages you to run a mile on a mercenary's boots and do as you please. Lack of meaningful choices and RPG elements limit gameplay thrills to its well-excuted gun and swordplay, but those wanting a well-acted and good looking adventure will find themselves right at home.

Enormously atmospheric, highly intriguing, but falls just a little short of its narrative ambition. A compelling real life historical mystery. Well told, though the pay-off may frustrate some. A great control innovation effectively supports the overall atmosphere of isolation and exposure.
