Despite being a familiar game in a sea of others, Zombie Army 4: Dead War is still a fun zombie shooter with a wide variety of zombie types and fun levels.
The high level of customization and decent combat doesn't quite save Conglomerate 451 from being repetitive and dull.
Surprisingly fun combat and an incredible world makes Control a game that is hard to forget.

The game has unique features and a color palette that is pleasing to the eyes, but none of it can mask the clunky and oftentimes frustrating strategy gameplay. I find this game hard to recommend as a strategy game, and I certainly wouldn't consider it a John Wick game.
Gears 5 offers plenty of content to enjoy, but nothing to fall in love with. In the end, I found myself at a crossroads with the game modes, with each road having enough bumps to keep myself from travelling on with the game.
The current version of this game is lacking in content, but what is currently available is a solid evolution of Hotline Miami into a slower, tactical experience.
I don't exactly know what is different between current Sea of Thieves and day one Sea of Thieves, but the issues I have with the current version of this game are similar to the ones other had back in early 2018. The missions are dull, money is meaningless, and any positive experience with this game feels fleeting.
Remnant: From the Ashes is a game that wears its inspirations on its sleeve while at the same time being unique. The story falls flat and bosses rely too heavily on common enemies, but this game is still a blast to play and something I can get a lot of hours out of.
The Tomb Raider reboot trilogy finishes off strong with Shadow of the Tomb Raider, the darkest game out of the three.
Blair Witch goes beyond being a cheap movie game by delivering a thoughtful character and unique game mechanics, making this a solid horror game worth remembering.
While there is something to be said about the game’s combat and Arabian setting, the frustrating amount of traps and repetitive gameplay makes City of Brass hard to play, and the lack of upgrades makes it hard to come back.
The best parts of Get Even can be found in its gripping story and incredible soundtrack. Just don't go in expecting good gameplay.
Supraland is a melting pot of mechanics and inspirations, and all of them blend together into one great package with great level design and fantastic puzzles.

Shakedown: Hawaii combines a fun top-down GTA world with a business sim to good effect; and although the game falls flat towards the end, my time on the island was a blast.
Even though this game is familiar, World War Z offers a solid co-op action experience with its impressive zombie hordes and class abilities. It is a Left 4 Dead game with reason to go back.
Resident Evil 2 is a great example of how to remake an older game by keeping enough of the original game's core while implementing enough new mechanics to modernize it. The end product is everything I wanted out of a Resident Evil game and more.
Return of the Obra Dinn is a great blend of style, story, and unique puzzle solving mechanics, creating an experience that is both incredible and unforgettable.
