7.8 / 10.0 - Shujinkou
Oct 3, 2025

Shujinkou is a DRPG that dazzles with a brilliant central idea: transforming the Japanese language into a combat system as original as it is profound. Its learning curve is demanding and its lengthy duration can be intimidating, but those who get caught up in it will discover a unique experience that blends learning and adventure rarely seen in the genre.

8 / 10.0 - King of Meat
Oct 2, 2025

King of Meat is a delicious oddity. A video game that doesn't take itself seriously, but has more personality than many triple-A titles with multi-million-dollar budgets. A digital reality show full of traps, laughter, and animated farts.

6 / 10.0 - Candy Rangers

If you like arcade shooters, light platforms and challenges that mix skill with reflexes, this game will sweeten your autumn.

Alien Rogue Incursion Evolved Edition – Part 1 offers the chance to experience this adventure for anyone who doesn't have VR headsets and is a fan of the Alien saga. It's certainly a "slightly watered-down" version and lacks some of the flaws that the virtual experience provided, but it's still a very entertaining and fun game to play.

The Red Alchemist & The White Guardian is a charming JRPG that shines with its art, calm, and anime-inspired feel. Ideal for fans of the series and a perfect entry point for new players: not overly long, accessible, and with just enough magic to leave you wanting more.

Dying Light The Beast doesn't reinvent the formula, but it does bring a fresh take on zombie parkour with its Feral Mode, an open world as beautiful as it is lethal, and a co-op mode that turns survival into guaranteed laughs.

8 / 10.0 - Borderlands 4
Sep 22, 2025

While it's not perfect, it brings us many new gameplay features that make moving around more enjoyable, and thank goodness because we're looking at a huge open world full of enemies, secrets, easter eggs and loot everywhere!

8.6 / 10.0 - Touhou Luna Nights
Sep 17, 2025

Touhou Luna Nights is a metroidvania that shines with its detailed pixel art, fluid animations, and a soundtrack that pays a stylish homage to Touhou. Challenging yet accessible, it combines challenge and charisma in equal measure, although it feels somewhat lacking in comparison to how well it works. All in all, it's a must-have gem for fans of the series and lovers of the genre alike.

7.1 / 10.0 - NetherWorld
Sep 12, 2025

NetherWorld is an adventure as irreverent as it is decadent: detailed pixel art, intoxicating music, and unforgiving dark humor. Its bosses and minigames add spark, although—despite the variety of situations—it can become overwhelming if you don't embrace its mischievous approach. If you do, you'll enjoy a unique journey, like those impromptu party nights that, no matter how hard you try, are never the same.

6.3 / 10.0 - Lost Soul Aside
Sep 11, 2025

While the game isn't what people might have expected, it's entertaining, has a reasonable length, and certainly won't be hard to finish because, hey, these give-and-take games don't hurt from time to time. That said, it won't be among the GOTY or chiriGOTY lists.

The Metal Gear Solid 3 remake is a copy of the original game, but there's something about it that makes it feel different: it lacks soul. It will appeal to die-hard fans and attract new ones to the Metal Gear universe.

A peaceful farming game that doesn't feel like a remake of its 2008 version at all. Improved graphics, expanded story, and perfect for playing until the wee hours of the morning, hoping for "one more day."

8 / 10.0 - Hell Is Us
Sep 1, 2025

Hell is Us is a return to the origins of the adventure genre, but with the maturity of a studio that knows what it wants to offer. It combines free exploration, intense combat, and an intriguing narrative that plays with both war and humanity's inner demons. In short, an old-fashioned exploration and combat adventure with an excellent setting.

7.5 / 10.0 - Shuten Order
Aug 29, 2025

Shuten Order is an apocalyptic cocktail that blends genres, mystery, and brilliant visuals into a visual novel as strange as it is addictive. It doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it knows how to spin it in its own way, and if you get into its groove, it will captivate you until the very last loop.

A platformer with a lot of potential, but hampered by poorly executed combat and some technical glitches.

8.1 / 10.0 - Luto
Jul 21, 2025

Luto is a short but powerful experience that combines atmospheric storytelling, an oppressive atmosphere, and a deeply personal emotional charge. It's not a typical horror game, but rather a story about grief and silence. It may not be for everyone, but if you connect with its plot, it will stay with you long after you finish it.
