These two classic Dooms were some of the games that marked me the most, they were the ones that defined FPS as one of my favorite genres and they are always in my top 5. But when I reviewed these gems, I had played the super-classic and separate versions. With the arrival of the new Dooms in my library (minus the last one, which I don't have the money to buy on release), I decided, for the thousandth time, to fall into nostalgia and redo everything in this edition that brings these first two together with all their... DLCs, let's say, in addition to achievements. And folks, what a delight!!! If I was already an unconditional fan, both for the nostalgia and for the genre, honestly, the extra details that this version offers made the experience wonderful! Yes, they are few improvements, but for me they made all the difference. Bringing the games together in one, offering the worlds created by non-developers, adding achievements, kind of connecting it all, gave me the impression of discovering something new. Of course, for me there are the added elements of nostalgia and devotion, which can strongly influence my judgment. But really, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this combo. I LOVE IT!
