TenthArcana The Quarry Review

Supermassive Games has certainly established itself as a leading developer of games in the interactive movie genre. If at the beginning of their way they strived to create high-quality projects with a lot of variants of plot development, now everything has been reduced, in fact, to the number of surviving characters. This is especially noticeable in the "sequel" Until Dawn - The Quarry. The player makes decisions, but instead of actually changing story paths, the game is limited to adding "unique" lines and eventually reduces everything to necessary plot twists. Despite these flaws, The Quarry is, in my opinion, unique and is the studio's best game in the interactive movie genre. The plot, the atmosphere, the characters - it's all captivating, and it's almost impossible to tear yourself away from a properly constructed storyline, where the beginning, the middle, and the end are all interesting.
