TwoKidsManyCats Ghost of Yotei Review

Is it bad to expect a great game and get a game that meets those expectations? Ghost of Yotei doesnt exceed what you'd expect from a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima, it is safe, but it's also very well made, and while the story lacks some of the internal struggle and the great supporting cast that made Jins journey so memorable and enthralling, Atsus journey is a lot more relaxed, you get to pick the pace of your story, explore and do what you want when you want to, and honestly apart from that critique? everthing else here is amazing, and a noticable one-up of Tshushima. whether its the new and awesome soundtrack, the gorgeous map of Ezo, or the new combat animations, it's all superbly made. This is a reiteration on a solid foundation that was founded in Ghost of Tsushima, if you're torn on buying it or not, go play Tushima, and ask yourself... do you want another game like it? if yes... this is as good as it gets.
