The Thing has lots to love and plenty to get frustrated about. Even with quality-of-life improvements, certain design choices are hopelessly dated, and the final act, with its over-the-top gunplay, is more comical than scary. Still, it's full of love for John Carpenter's iconic horror movie, and that alone means a lot.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard feels refreshing and joyful action RPG even for a newcomer to the series. It continues the story started by previous games but still completely stands on it's own feet offering a great and fullfilling experience in the end.

The original Until Dawn was some kind of a masterpiece with it nodding towards the classic slasher movies basically all the time. This new version improves very little to the original horror experience and at the same time has way too much technical issues to cripple the experience. Of course the game is still good, this remake is just a little bit unnecessary to begin with.

The graphical bugs with disappearing and suddenly reappearing AI cars are constant occurrence in the world of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown. The developer has promised to listen to players and continue the game's development based on feedback. To be honest, there needs to be a lot of changes if the game wants to avoid being quickly forgotten amidst much better alternatives.

Nobody Wants to Die probably won't stick in anyone's memory for too long, but considering its price of just over twenty bucks, it can't really be called a bad purchase. If you're looking for a slightly smaller-scale experience between all the massive quadruple-A releases, this five-hour noir rollercoaster could be a solid alternative.

Tomb Raider I-III remasters the wonderful original games very faithfully, which is a good thing. There really isn't a need for completely new versions, since even these modern controls are too much for me. Slight facelift and bringing classic games to new platforms is just the correct approach – with Remastered collection, I love this game series even more than before.

I've heard people calling Assassin's Creed Mirage a filler game, with the resources behind it somehow being diverted from the upcoming 'main series' titles. I personally wouldn't see it that way at all, as I view Mirage more as a much-needed alternative while waiting for the next big thing.

Behind all the technical issues and small misjudgments, there's clearly a great adventure, which, even at its weakest moments, is still fairly enjoyable to play. Unfortunately, bugs and glitches affected quite negatively to my experience with the game, and that is just really frustrating.

Resident Evil 4 is definitely a strong four-star game, and on the list of remakes, it fits nicely in the middle, just slightly behind the outright masterful Resident Evil 2.

Season: A letter to the future is clearly meant to be a profound, more contemplative experience aimed at players who enjoy a deeper narrative. The effort is admirable, but unfortunately, the experience still feels a bit hollow.
