God of War: Ragnarok manages to improve upon the fresh formula we enjoyed in 2018, allowing the franchise to mature and evolve again along with its characters, while also offering a very polished and well-optimized PC port.

Despite having an interesting premise, The Last Faith fails to break through the barrier of those generic Metroidvanias inspired by Souls, resulting in a decent experience, but one that unfortunately is limited to replicating some good things and much of the bad that other games do.

By correcting all the errors of its first installment and improving all its elements as a Metroidvania, Blasphemous 2 positions itself not only as a great sequel, but also as one of the best games you can enjoy in 2023.
