All in all, Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is a welcome remaster in a generation full of them. Every level is intact and while the difficulty may annoy newcomers, there's enough here to keep you busy if you're looking for a throwback to 90s gaming goodness.

Clocking in at around 12 hours, Lego The Incredibles' questionable narrative choices and bland gameplay make it one to avoid. If you're looking for your Incredibles fix, check out movies instead because the game is far from incredible.

All in all, Prey: Mooncrash makes Prey better. It isn't a conventional addition to the game by any means, but it does more than enough to keep us coming back for more. It's well worth a download if you own Prey, and a great reason to check out the game if you haven't already.

All in all, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is an excellent fighting game. Thanks to gorgeous presentation, robust mechanics, and an entertaining story mode, it stands out as one of the better, if not the best fighting game this generation.

It's not a fully-fledged, feature-complete entry in the series, but it does enough to warrant your attention, even if for a little while.

Despite these issues, Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is worth checking out just to get an idea of how the series has evolved since its inception decades ago. There's a wealth of content to be had, even if it isn't priced as well as it could have been on all platforms.

7 / 10 - Moonlighter
May 28, 2018

With slick store simulation and solid — albeit somewhat flawed — combat, Moonlighter is a game worth checking out if you're in the mood for something different. It's not perfect, but there's hours of enjoyment to be had leading the double life of a storekeeper and adventurer in the village of Rynoka.

Overall, Detroit: Become Human is a gorgeous game that brings some welcome improvements over Quantic Dream's earlier work, but one that is ultimately flawed due to its predictable plot.

Dark Souls: Remastered is not the definitive version of the game, but it's close enough.

All said and done, State of Decay 2 is a great addition to the library of any Xbox One or Windows 10 PC gamer. It might sound derivative on paper, but multiple elements come together to make a game that's well worth your time.

It's not a dramatic remake by any means, but one that fixes most of our complaints about its predecessor while adding just enough new content to justify checking it out all over again. And for most part it succeeds.

All in all, Wizard of Legend has more than enough to set it apart from the myriad of indie titles right now thanks to its slick controls, variety spells, and welcome emphasis on lore.

Dragon's Crown Pro is an entertaining RPG when played solo or with friends. With so many remasters available on current generation consoles, its production values are reminiscent of a time when developers made games and not ever evolving live services. It's still a ton of fun to play, even five years later.

All in all, Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia is solid entry in the franchise. It's not exactly the most accessible for newcomers but once you come to grips with its depth and scale, you're treated to solid sessions of political intrigue, backstabbing, and drama galore.

10 / 10 - God of War

All said and done, Kratos' PS4 debut is, if you'd excuse the pun, a god tier affair. Fan boys may deride the lack of spectacle and its nuanced take on a well-loved protagonist may not be for everyone, but its rare to see a reimagining to a series handled as deftly and with such polish and care.

8 / 10 - Far Cry 5
Mar 26, 2018

These issues notwithstanding, Far Cry 5 is a welcome entry in a series that's been consistently entertaining over the years. The campaign is filled with memorable characters, robust progression, and action galore that all combine to make it a treat to play.

At the moment, Sea of Thieves feels like a mock up house used by real estate agents to sell you on a property. It's a polished prototype with promise and potential, but it's so far removed from what the actuality is that you're better off waiting.

All in all, thanks to its fantastic story, memorable cast, and more than competent gameplay, Yakuza 6 is an apt send off for the hero of one of the more criminally underrated franchises.
