There is no other way to define The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild other than sheer genius. PowerSlave Exhumed is a return to an early time in the evolution of First Person Shooters, with this 1996 classic that was ahead of its time at the moment of release showing that it can still stand the test of time. Thanks to an excellent work of adaptation to the Nintendo Switch, this version fits perfectly with today thanks to its technical and control updates, and its mix of action and exploration works perfect to bring back an FPS classic, one that's recommended to every fan of the genre.

Valiant Hearts: The Great War brings an involving and touching experience about World War One to the Nintendo Switch under the guise of a point and click game with puzzles to solve. While this aspect is not the strongest tenet of the game, as its puzzles could use a greater level of challenge, the game delivers everything else in a near flawless way, thanks to its well-devised plot, exquisite cartoon and comic book inspired visuals and overall message, which will go straight to the core about that devastating conflict.

The LEGO series sticks to its formula of accessible puzzles, gags and simple gameplay mechanics. While this coherence is overall positive, it's not improving where it should. Nonetheless, the overwhelming presence of the Marvel universe and the amount of unlockable content are well enough for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes to please the fans of both the comic and the game series alike.

The Assassin's Creed series is teetering on the brink of saturation. Credit to Black Flag for escaping that fate thanks to its interesting and innovative mechanics. Naval exploration brings in several additional hours of gameplay, which along with its competent plot contribute to make Black Flag the best Assassin's Creed game since the second chapter of the series.

OlliOlli clearly stands out as a fun, addictive, frantic and extensive game, free from boasting grandeur but very involving nonetheless. The cross-buy possibility is another point in its favour and hopefully something that will become more disseminate in the future. It could have landed earlier on Nintendo's eShop, but this doesn't make it any less recommendable or fun.

The return of Guitar Hero is a very welcome renovation of the series. Guitar Hero Live and its new television-like mode are a great help to the feeling of immersion and the design of the new guitar are great additions to a formula which was getting saturated. While the multiplayer mode could be more ambitious, Guitar Hero Live is a very recommended title for fans of music games.
