Metroid Dread exceeds all our expectations and has everything we could dream of: exploration, spectacular action, great atmosphere, tension and the "most Samus" Samus ever seen. If we analyze it as metroidvania it does not reach the excellence of the exponents of the genre... But it stays close.

With Life is Strange: True Colors, Deck Nine has recreated with faithfulness the "Dontnod formula", so if you are looking for a story about the weight of emotions, putting the spotlight on the things that matters and with lots of hard decisions... Don't look any further.

NEO: The World Ends With You retains the freshness, uniqueness and stylish nature of the original game, but at the same time reinvents itself without forgetting the complexity and tons of content usually found in the JRPG genre. We're once again before a true gem.

With a great story full of plot twists and a robust, varied and spectacular combat system, Scarlet Nexus is one of the best "anime style" video games Bandai Namco has ever made. If you like the genre or this kind fo stories, give it a chance.

It's not a huge difference over the main game, but all the improvements from Intergrade are a nice addition, and the perfect way to replay FFVII Remake. INTERmission is just the cherry on top... And a BIG tease that will leave you longing for Part II.

Biomutant tries to do so, so much... Probably more than it should. That's why some mechanics are pretty basic or undercooked, and the reason why everything feels like "I've seen this before". It's a shame, because the setting and world are really, really refreshing an interesting, and it's easy to see there were good intentions behind it.

We can say many things about Returnal, but in the end it is best to understand that behind the shootouts with next-gen graphics and the roguelike mechanics at half gas hides a Housemarque game: a high-speed arcade game that is happy to play. They may not have caught up with him, but they've come very close to touching the sun.

A generic, sub-par action RPG that is neither generic, sub-par or even an action RPG. NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139... is a unique game that constantly plays with our expectations, deconstructing a genre while constructing a subversive narrative. It may not be perfect, but it's still a must have.

Just because of its non-linear structure and unconventional artistic design, any JRPG lover should give SaGa Frontier Remastered a chance. The remastered graphics, improvements and added content top off a work that, despite not flying as high as the big ones of the genre, has values to highlight.

Although the setting is really attractive, the ups and downs on the story and gameplay fronts makes Paradise Lost an experience as enjoyable as forgettable.

If you liked Persona 5 (is there anyone who didn't?), Strikers should be a no-brainer choice. The gameplay isn't exactly our cup of tea, but the story is so interesting, the characters are so lovable and it just looks SO cool, that you would be mad if you didn't accept the Phantoms Thieves calling card.

With a presentation that will give you the creeps, a premise that's still very original and a gameplay formula that adds some welcome improvements, Little Nightmares II has every ingredient to make fans that liked (feared?) the first game love this one too.

A pleasant surprise in the form of a 3D platformer, clearly inspired by games like Hollow Knight and The Legend of Zelda. Taking so many ideas from other games make it feel a little uninspired, but that doesn't make Blue Fire any less recommended.

On top of being a great game, with satisfying shooting mechanics and a universe that goes well beyond the main story, the next-gen version of Control Ultimate Edition is a visual showcase. It's a shame that early adopters of the original game can't benefit from this upgrade.

A game that is simply correct on all fronts, entertaining and visually striking, but with abundant playable stumbles, glitches and an alarming paucity of content.
