The French Army's in first expansion for Battlefield 1, with four new maps, a new operation and new weapons, is undoubtedly worth acquiring. I would have preferred a new individual campaign to deepen the events of France's defense of its territory, but Battlefield has always focused on the multiplayer.

Ninja Theory has tried to provide a game with a distinctive fighting style with a strong story for the main character, a unique environment, and a promise of an experience that matches the games with huge budgets and at a lower price. I can say that the studio succeeded in its quest with Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice With 10 hours of gameplay fighting to save her beloved from the dark, in a dreary, bleak environment full of exciting and mysterious details, we are facing one of the most powerful games of the year, at a price of up to half of what other AAA games will cost you.

Matterfall tried to combine classic 2D shooting games with platform jumping games and provided a good playing style, but despite the powerful abilities and weapons Avalon uses, you will often feel weak and nervous at times because of the difficulty of the game. I would've been pleased if they were added a cooperative mode to increase the fun, but instead the studio has made it possible to compare your scores with your friends and everyone who plays the game around the world to know your world ranking, making you want to go back to the game to reach the top ranking.

Agents of Mayhem came out with great hopes, offering a wonderful open world and a unique style of play, with many unique characters to choose from, but faced a storyline that was used in many film and games, It was put to fill the void no more, I would have been pleased if a cooperative play mode was added to increase the fun that could have made us overlook the bad story just for the fun of playing with friends.

Bungie Studio managed to fix the problems of the first game by supporting the game with a brilliant short story, in addition to good side quests. The studio also supported the game with great PVE modes such as Strike, Nightfall, Raid and the great public events that will keep you busy for a long time at Destiny 2. You can also go to The Crucible and play against other players, which you will enjoy too much but be prepared to get used to all the modes as you can't choose a particular mode, but is this a whole new game?! It felt like a great expansion of the first one.

NBA 2K18 has come close to become the best complete sports game, offering different styles of play to satisfy all tastes. If you wish to live like a basketball player, you can play MyCareer. If you wish to build your dream team you can play MyTeam and if you want to live like a General Manager you can try the MyGM, but that does not mean it's a full-fledged game. Despite the great players scans and the addition of a face scanner to put yourself in the game and I think it's the best, but facial expressions are one of the worst expressions I have ever seen.

Slightly Mad Studios offers the best realistic simulation game for cars in this generation, with a fully customizable game style and amazing sound effects. This game will be a favorite for racing gamers, but if you are an amateur and not a professional racing gamer you can play it too but you should be warned that the game is designed for professionals, so you'll need some time to practice it perfectly, and when you do, you'll get a lot of fun.

Forza Motorsport series is undoubtedly for many - including myself - the greatest racing game series in history, and Turn 10 studios is constantly building on the success of each game by adding more features in the next one, which happened with Forza Motorsport 7, although It did not offer the best realistic racing experience like Project Cars 2 but it is the best racing game this year and it will take too much to beat it.

The new expansion Battlefield 1: In The Name of The Tsar, has brought in new additions. It has introduced two new operations and a new multiplayer mode plus six new maps and new weapons for all categories. However, the new mode isn't good one and I think it will not be very popular, But the new maps are so good that a map like Albion outperforms the main maps of the game. The expansion also introduced the Russian army for the first time, a welcome addition, but overall, the expansion provided more content for one of the best multiplayer games in 2016.

Monolith studio built on the success of the Nemesis System in Shadow of Mordor and presented it better in the new Shadow of War, with excellent RPG mechanics making it an RPG game rather than an action game. Although the story is very linear and weak in the game I found myself spending hours and hours playing to form my army and attack other fortresses, as well as daily challenges and community challenges that would make me play the game for a long time without boredom.

Need for Speed Payback tried to do a lot of new things without succeeding in any of them as needed. I have no problem with games get some ideas from each other, which is what the game has done here, which quoted many things from Forza Horizon 3. On the other hand it removed some of the essentials in the franchise, such as the famous cops chases, it is now more like passing through certain checkpoints to escape cops cars. The game also features great cars customization options but offers the worst car upgrade method available in any racing game.

Monster Hunter World has brought Capcom back to the forefront of the industry, and has expanded its players base thanks to launching the game in the West and Middle East at the same time with Japan. No doubt if you are a fan of the Final Fantasy series you will be thrilled when you experience this game, it is a good fighting game and Team Ninja Studio has done a good job of developing the game's gameplay, but in contrast the presentation mode of story may be the worst I have seen with a slightly complicated user interface may quickly tire you of it, unless you are obsessed with the Final Fantasy world.

Bluepoint Games has made a good remake of the Shadow of the Colossus to suit the current generation of platforms. Unfortunately, the game of Abu Khashem is another setback for the Arab studios. As it tries to make games that reflects our Arab environment and compete globally, I wish I enjoyed this game, but instead I found a game full of bugs and glitches and worse gameplay with an empty world and dead vocal performance. I hope that this studio focus on developing light games in the coming period and not trying to provide a huge game with simple capabilities, and it'll have all the support from us.

Portal Knights tried to combine the style of the famous sand-box games such as Minecraft with action-RPG games like The Elder Scrolls, and the game succeeded in many points. I spent hours playing, exploring, searching and finishing quests so I could develop my own home and character more and more. This is a game that is definitely worth experimenting with and especially on the Nintendo Switch.
