Yono and the Celestial Elephants may look like a children's game but its artistic style should not be the basis for judgment, this is a game that can feel surprising and its approach to actual issues and relevant topics will resonate with many players beyond the younger demographics. Where Yono falls short, however, is on the too simple challenge posed by its puzzles and on its somewhat disappointingly short lifespan.

Thanks to a unique art style, the game steps outside the 2D shooter territory for a while but its charms don't last for very long as it becomes clear that Earth Atlantis needs a more thinking in its exploration component to keep the players interested. While it's a fun experience when played for short and quick moments, it doesn't have the ambition to go beyond that.

Even if Golf Story does not manage to make it big, it doesn't fall flat on its face either. It may lack variety and be too long with a plot that doesn't quite captivate but Golf Story still gets it right when it comes to content, challenges, secrets and minigames, while its multiplayer is a pleasant surprise. It may not hit a birdie but it reaches a par.

While Astro Bears Party doesn't set a very high threshold for itself, it's only reasonable to expect a bit more. Unfortunately, other than a few fun minutes on multiplayer, there's not much more that Astrobears' lack of content and overall feeling of emptiness can offer.

The improved level design, the variety of elements and secrets to discover and its exquisite level design make this piece of work something that is impossible to ignore and that should be on every player's radar.

Semispheres promises quite a lot but doesn't deliver the whole lot. That doesn't mean it's not a competent work, far from it – it's a very relaxing game with a fine difficulty curve and for those looking for a quick break, it will seem even better...but it could go further and bring a greater, more rewarding challenge and that's what's missing here.
