The Gardens Between is a charming, engaging, and inventive puzzler with the potential to really draw you into its world of bittersweet nostalgia. While the puzzles may lack some teeth for the brain game veteran, there's plenty of fun to be had here.

As solid as Unexplored is in its core concept, the performance issues do represent a bit of an issue. Still, it's certainly very much worth your time if you like a good bit of exploration, and especially so if you haven't played a lot of roguelites.

A true labour of love that you can't help but adore, Moonlighter is the perfect addition to any game library. Endearing, involving, addictive, and challenging all in equal measure, this lovely little rogue-lite will have you hooked in no time.
