Knights and Bikes is a brave and different exercise. It offers a somewhat simple gameplay, but makes up for it with an enviable setting and a very emotional story. As if this wasn't enough, it is also one of the most beautiful games you will see this year, with a stop-motion technique that I am sure will dazzle more than one.

Remnant: From the Ashes is on the verge of what could be a great game. The gameplay has a very good foundation but the repetition of scenarios and lack of rewards will quickly alienate the player. It lacks a lot of content in the form of enemies, scenarios, maps and rewards. Hopefully they will add to them little by little. But it's fun, and that's what really counts.

80 / 100 - SpellForce 3
Aug 7, 2019

A huge attempt to unite two genres that at first sight do not seem at all compatible. SpellForce 3: Soul Harvest is a game to be reckoned with, and the fact that it comes at a reduced price makes it much more appealing. All the new features improve what we've seen in SpellForce 3, and above all it's been really polished, without any serious problems.

60 / 100 - Void Bastards
Jun 26, 2019

Void bastards has been a surprise, but not the positive one. With a really interesting start, an unbeatable presentation and some fun hours, it deflates to leave a half-finished product that does not meet expectations. It lacks too much content to be noticed.

Druidstone: The Secret of the Menhir Forest offers a real challenge to all those who are willing to accept it. Lots of skills, lots of totally replayable levels, customizable characters... Druidstone has it all. Absolutely recommended.

Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus is a competent turn-based strategy game, and although it can be quite repetitive in the long run, it offers a good amount of hours of fun for a fairly modest price. If you wait for an even better offer.

65 / 100 - The Colonists
Nov 8, 2018

The Colonists is an attempt at management. Repetition takes its toll after a few hours of play, and the lack of free mode is worrying. However, the as a campaign provides enough fun to consider buying.

Overcooked 2: Surf 'n' Turf does what it's asked to do: new levels, increased difficulty and new mechanics. However, there is little content in general and too few new levels in particular. With five or six more levels the expansion would be perfect.

90 / 100 - Prismata
Oct 3, 2018

Prismata is an exceptional title, combining two genres such as cards and strategy in a functional, fun and enormously deep title. If it were visually more elaborate, surely many more people would have had their eye on it. Still, anyone who tries it will be amazed.

60 / 100 - Boundless
Sep 26, 2018

Boundless has good ideas, but everything it tries is tarnished by a totally failed business model. A forty euro game with micro transactions and a paid subscription. Without them, the final score would not have been so low.

75 / 100 - Megaquarium
Sep 12, 2018

Megaquarium is one of those titles that will probably go unnoticed by anyone outside the management genre, and it will be really unfair. Being a deep, beautiful and different game, it deserves to be highlighted. Its failures, which exist, are minor and do not detract from the final result.

75 / 100 - Deiland
Aug 23, 2018

Deiland tries to play many genres and although she doesn't stand out in many of them, she does manage to become a simple and fun adventure. If your thing is to tend a garden and go on adventures every few days, Deiland is for you, but those who are looking for a survival challenge will not find it.

70 / 100 - Phantom Doctrine
Aug 16, 2018

Phantom Doctrine hasn't lived up to all the expectations I had placed on it. Despite having a very well elaborated idea, high production values and a high level of ambience, it fails in simple things. I'm sure that with a little work from the developers it will go as high as it deserves.

80 / 100 - Overcooked 2
Aug 7, 2018

Overcooked 2 offers what we all wanted; an online cooperative, new recipes and many really imaginative scenarios. A perfect title to play with. Its low difficulty may discourage the more seasoned, but it's still a fun title to play.

90 / 100 - Mulaka
Jul 30, 2018

Mulaka excels at just about everything a good adventure should excel at: interesting and fun exploration, a simple but well-constructed story, and direct and effective combat. As if that were not enough, they bring us closer to a culture that is surely unknown to many of us. Quite an achievement.

70 / 100 - Lords of Strife
Jul 24, 2018

A title that despite its visual simplicity, hides a complex and deep gameplay. A perfect game for anyone with a small pocket but willing to accept a long and arduous challenge, as its time/price ratio is unbeatable. If you give it a chance it will give you more than you expect.

80 / 100 - Impulsion
Jul 19, 2018

Impulsion leaves all narrative behind to focus on what is important: gameplay. Long and complicated levels, innovative mechanics and a friendly narrator. The low number of levels available is a chore, but it is in the repetition of the levels that the juice of this title is found.

If you're looking for puzzles, atmosphere and drama, The Spectrum Retreat is perfect for you. If you join a walkthrough simulator with a puzzle game and add a few drops of mystery you have a good mix. This mix has its flaws, but the result is certainly very tasty.

A lonely adventure that will please anyone looking for something different. If you feel like embarking on a very special journey, just fill up with fuel, start the vehicle and put it in neutral. We only need one pilot, and you seem like the perfect candidate.
