A Plague Tale: Requiem is a worthy sequel. It offers what Innocence offered and more. It is perhaps guilty of being too continuous, especially in its first half, but in the second half it totally takes off. Recommended for lovers of stealth and/or its first installment.

The DioField Chronicle is a good game with a somewhat haphazard narrative structure and whose gameplay is sometimes not very fluid. Still, we will have fun with the adventures of Andrias and company: not everything has to be AAA games.

Guybrush Threepwood returns to our consoles and PCs in an adventure that preserves the freshness of its predecessors, which will make us laugh more than once and in which it is clear that both Ron Gilbert and Dave Grossman have put all their hearts. Perhaps it is guilty of being too conservative, looking more than necessary at the first installment, but even so, if you enjoyed the previous adventures of the good Guybrush, you are going to enjoy Return to Monkey Island like children.

Cosmo D returns with another adventure in his usual style, which will captivate us with its graphics and music. But this time he surprises us with an extremely replayable narrative adventure that will keep us hooked rolling dice from start to finish. Repeatedly.

70 / 100 - SokoChess

SokoChess is a good mix between a Sokoban and Chess type game, with a very interesting price.

85 / 100 - Soul Hackers 2
Aug 18, 2022

With Soul Hackers 2 Atlus once again creates a JRPG that will keep us guessing until the end. Monsters, great protagonists, strategic combats... it's a shame that the repetitiveness of the dungeons, both in design and execution, prevent us from facing a round game.

85 / 100 - Two Point Campus
Aug 4, 2022

We are facing a totally continuous game with respect to Two Point Hospital, which is not bad either. If we liked running a hospital together with the guys from Two Point Studios, we're going to like running a university campus. Again, crazy classes, beadles that dirty more than they clean, or technical inspections will be our companions in each one of the universities that we will manage.

55 / 100 - Dragon Forge
Jul 21, 2022

Dragon Forge is an idle game seasoned with RPG overtones that feels half-done in practically everything. The dragon is cute, yes.

Matchpoint - Tennis Championships is not a bad game, it can entertain. But its low difficulty and its excessive need to hold the player by the hand make it quickly lose interest in playing against an AI that does not offer any challenge. Still, if you want a game of tennis, it's not a bad option. There are simply better alternatives, even if they are perhaps less beautiful.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is a good expansion that doesn't bring any revolution, but it continues to give us more of what we like within the saga. With the best companion system to date, and various gameplay changes, it's a must buy if you need more Monster Hunter.

The Elder Scrolls Online returns with an expansion with a more "earthly" story where political intrigues will be the order of the day. We will visit Isla Alta and discover new locations and events. And this time, finally, completely in Spanish.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker is a very good idea and, more importantly, a very well executed idea. No other game to date has made us feel like a wrecker like this. It's a shame that it lacks variety of content in the form of more types of spaceships, and that its sometimes endless dialogue is unplayable.

Fans of mystery novels will enjoy trying to discover the murderer of each episode in this series of cases that make up The Centennial Case: A Shijima Story. Perhaps a little more interaction would be good in a game in which the moments of discovering the murderer shine with their own light, reminiscent of the trials of the Phoenix Wright saga.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is an interesting introduction to the world of Eiyuden Chronicle, where we will meet charismatic characters and will serve as a prologue to One Hundred Heroes. It mixes a gameplay that at times can be agile and fun, with lots of hours of repetitive fetch quests. Still, as I say, interesting introduction if you want to start meeting some of our companions in the main game.

Dice Legacy: Corrupted Fates is a good expansion at a good price, with new dice types and a new game mode. The same will not revolutionize Dice Legacy, but they are interesting additions, especially for the public of the original game.

Syberia: The World Before doesn't really add anything new to the saga. But it is a game with a remarkable bill and an interesting story that will keep us glued to the pad wanting to know more about Dana Roze's life.

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin is a remarkable game with an excellent combat system that serves to cover up some of the shortcomings in the title. Who knows what he is going to, I doubt he will end up disappointed. Of course, the game could have been much more.

55 / 100 - Babylon's Fall
Mar 9, 2022

Unfortunately, the attempt by Square Enix and Platinum Games to enter the world of Games as a Service with BABYLON’S FALL has ended in a mediocre game that will pass with more pain than glory in the world.
