Thanks to many new contents and a modernized graphic design, this revival of Kirby's Return to Dream Land earns the word Deluxe: it is in fact a re-edition packaged with care and respect for the original material.

Ultimately, Metroid Prime is a title that must absolutely be rediscovered and this remaster is without a doubt its best version.

An impressive journey from a visual and narrative perspective that deserves to be experienced, especially by those who have already appreciated the series debut.

Before concluding, it must finally be remembered that Nintendo has promised free future updates, which will expand the title in terms of content with lots of new characters added to the starting roster. We'll see if the continued support promised by the Big N will be able to keep the Mario Strikers community alive months after its launch. In short, if on the one hand it is appreciable the effort of Nintendo to propose a more articulated online structure than its most recent productions, there is still the feeling that on the content level Battle League Football could have done something more.

There is also the regret dictated by the knowledge that this will be the last substantial free expansion and that the Happy Home Paradise DLC will be the only paid content of New Horizons. A real shame, given that such updates have demonstrated the enormous potential for renewal that the gameplay of Animal Crossing offers: a title that we would never want to abandon. However, remaining focused on the present, we can only promote the 2.0 update, which represents the best possible return to the island of our dreams.

The first expansion of New Horizons is therefore a convincing operation, recommended to all players who have loved Animal Crossing and are curious to experience the unmistakable peculiarities of the Nintendo title from a completely new point of view. The only regret is that Hapy Home Paradise will be a unique experiment, as it is the first and last paid DLC from New Horizons.

Ultimately, the revival of Maiden of Black Water on modern hardware is a welcome operation but that is partly a wasted opportunity. The remaster will allow fans of the genre to rediscover an interesting experiment among survival horror, but a greater care would have made the last episode of Project Zero usable by a much wider audience.

ActRaiser Renaissance is therefore an excellent remake that manages, not without some slips, to update a playful formula that over the years has not found convincing re-proposals. When Renaissance remains faithful to the source material, sonic Powered's work is able to achieve excellent results, but it is when it deviates from the path traced that something begins to fail.

6.5 / 10.0 - Sable
Sep 24, 2021

In his most inspired moments, Sable can remember Link's climbs, Sam Porter Bridges' deliveries and Wander's wandering on Agro. There are many suggestions that the Shedworks team has managed to incorporate into its ambitious project, which on more than one occasion will only leave the player breathless. Unfortunately, however, the obvious flaws of Sable eliminate the possibility of presenting all these ideas in a coherent and engaging adventure from beginning to end.

7.7 / 10.0 - Tails of Iron
Sep 17, 2021

The small smudges reported up to this point do not compromise the experience as a whole. In the approximately 10 hours of play required for completion, to which is added another handful to complete all the secondary ones left pending, Tails of Iron constantly keeps the player's attention high, just like Redgi's shield. We are far from the complexity of a full-fledned souls-like, but the production of Odd Bug represents an engaging challenge, sometimes exciting, which will certainly keep even the most demanding players engaged.

Tales from the Borderlands is a game that shows all the years that have passed since its first publication, yet the particular hybrid between a point and click and a looter shooter still retains an undeniable charm.
