In Endling: Extinction Is Forever the urgency of survival and the pangs of hunger alternate wisely with more relaxed moments and touching discoveries, for an engaging and emotionally charged adventure. The story told by Herobeat Studio is silent, accompanied only by the images evoked by the nose of mother fox and the excellent soundtrack. Perhaps also for this reason, the power of the message conveyed by the game is remarkable, able to reach its peak in an epilogue that you will hardly forget.

Ultimately, Vampire the Masquerade: Swansong only partially honors the name it bears. The narrative sector stands on discrete levels, even if the main plot struggles to take off in the initial stages and the characterization of the protagonists can be said to be successful almost only for Leysha. The past of Galeb and Emem do not capture the audience properly, which will hardly feel the due empathy towards the characters, also due to facial animations that are too rigid.

Ultimately, Freud's Bones is a successful experiment, despite a downsizing of its ambitions compared to the initial project. The dynamics proposed by the point &click adventure make up a coherent and immediately accessible framework, which effectively guides players to discover sigmund Freud's inner world.

After three years of actual development and a decade of incubation, White Shadows presents the German team Monokel Games to the gaming community. Composed of less than a dozen professionals, the latter assembles a work in black and white, but not without nuances. With an environmental narrative of strong impact, the Indie paints a violent anthropomorphic dystopia, able to disturb and make you think.

From the artistic direction to the narration, passing through the combat system, Lost in Random stages a suggestive contrast between order and chaos. A modern dark fairy tale that owes much of its aesthetics to the imagery of Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline, Lost in Random will undoubtedly conquer lovers of Tim Burton's works. Able to entertain, entertain, but also to disturb, the Indie of Zoink Games is absolutely recommended to all players looking for a good Action Adventure full of ideas and original solutions.

Twelve Minutes represents a videogame experiment born from a series of suggestive intuitions. The choice to set the title within the confines of a small two-room apartment, combined with the mystery that constantly permeates the work, certainly represents one of the most valuable aspects of indie published by Annapurna Interactive.

Ultimately, Last Stop presents itself as a pleasant experience, able to offer interesting things to consider on the reasons that can push a human being to give a turn to his existence. Despite an extremely pleasant rhythm and many twists and turns, the narrative of Variable State, however, fails to really leave its mark on the heart of the player who, thanks to the manifestation of real alternative tracks only at the end of the game, ends up not feeling too much empathy with John's actions, Meena and Donna.

Overall, Maid of Sker qualifies as a discreet experience. With suggestive and intriguing initial premises, the narrative sector pays for the choice to unveil its cards too soon, which reduces the push to proceed with the exploration of the decadent Sker Hotel. Even the sense of disquiet transmitted by the Quiet Men unfortunately wanes during the adventure, mainly due to an easy-to-read AI. Implementing more firmly the excellent dynamics related to music and the need to decipher ambient sounds could have given Maid of Sker more character, for a potential that in our opinion remains expressed only in part.
