Compelling storyline and characters that puts it within the very best of video game storytelling. Combine that with engaging mechanics and you get an easy game-of-the-year title.

Best ARPG in a long time. Graphics are incredible, Campaign is a blast, character was fun to play. Endgame is still WIP but I believe ARPGs should be rated on gameplay and leveling experience

Great take on a classic genre. Easy to jump in as its FTP and the character designs feel fun and interesting without leaning on the movies for design.

I don't get the hype. If you don't have heavy nostalgia for PS1-era RPGs, I'd skip this. I played it for ~10 hours and then decided to pass on the rest. Graphics are awful, gameplay loop is slow and not very compelling, characters are fine but nothing special
