World of Mechs Reviews
World of Mechs has the basics down. It’s a fun mech battle VR game that’s got 20-plus hours of fun to offer, especially if you get into the online component. It’s got intuitive, simple controls and the battle mechanics are sound. There’s a lack of depth right now, and there are still a lot of new maps, details and system tweaks that need to be addressed in order to make this a complete experience. But even so, at $20.00 US this is a VR experience that’s worth your time and money.
Despite lacking in some aspects, World of Mechs packs a punch in all the places that matter.
I have mixed feelings about World Of Mechs. On one hand, game matches are short, fun, and full of explosions. On the other hand, the graphics look straight out of 1990s, there are few maps, no lobby, and multiplayer is VERY limited currently.
World of Mechs puts you into the suit of an armored mech adorned with machine guns, rockets, grenades, and more. If piloting a hulking machine on a battlefield was ever a dream you had, World of Mechs will make that a virtual reality. The game itself is broken into two parts, a single-player campaign and a 4v4 online with various match types.
