Puzzle is adequate. RPG elements are not enough. Story is interesting.
A mix of RE4 action and RE7 horror this entry in the series sets a new bar for RE games going forward.
Resident Evil requiem is the best RE experience since RE4 2005 if we excluded remakes the balance between survival and action done very well with adding more fan service content for old timers and the graphics is top notch everything was perfect

Overhyped trash. Most of the gameplay is on rails, esp. Grace sections, where you just run to Point B in exactly the way that the devs prescribe. Movement is somehow even clunkier and less responsive than it was in the 1990s games.
Resident Evil 9 Requiem creates an excellent rhythm through its diverse content. Capcom has developed a fan package that incorporates both Resident Evil gameplay styles from two different eras. RE9 is right up there with RE4 for the best game of the series. If you liked RE4 and you also like survival horror you will love this game. It's refreshing to see that Capcom can still make great games. If you have a capable PC, I recommend playing with
The game was perfect contrast for horror and action horror fans. Took me back to when I was 10 yrs old playing RE4. Also, sharpening the axe after a perfect parry for aura farming was my favourite move.
It's a good game after all, though not without its flaws.
