Breathedge 2 successfully captures the quirky humor and Soviet-inspired universe of the first game while making its survival formula more accessible and enjoyable. However, some repetition and still-limited mechanics, particularly when it comes to combat and Babe, hold the experience back. With an already solid foundation and an ambitious roadmap, this space adventure mainly needs time to reach its full potential. A strong start for a promising indie game that is well worth keeping an eye on throughout Early Access.
