To be fair, it seems that the developers over at Astronomic know that they’re not exactly hitting a home run with Outrage. By slapping on a $3.
Outrage by Reality Studio is a small JRPG set in a cyberpunk universe. It's a sequel to City of Chains. It is short, about two to three hours for an average playthrough. The game is made by RPG maker, and that of course means that the menus and controls are a bit clunky. It has decent enough aesthetic, and the music is actually quite nice (if a bit repetitive). The different menus and screens take a bit of getting used to, but should be fairly familiar to anyone who has ever played a JRPG.
