After five years of relentless searching, teasing from Ed Boon, and speculation, Mortal Kombat 1 has finally added the secret pink ninja, Floyd.
Nobody is sure yet how to trigger an encounter with them, but reputable Mortal Kombat 1 leaker thethiny managed to find them after completing "a bunch of Floyd challenges". As with any fighting game secret, however, there are already playground rumours circulating, with some even claiming that you need to complete a double flawless in Klassic towers to face Floyd, which has already been disproven.

When they finally appear, they have an incredible intro befitting a secret character. One by one, every palette swap ninja appears in flashing beams of light, until finally the pink ninja steps forward, ready to beat some humility into you.
Right before the fight begins, a unique pop-up saying "YOU FOUND FLOYD" appears on screen in rainbow lettering.
Given that they're an amalgamation of every ninja in the game (and seemingly even Raiden), they're a difficult fight, to say the least. But if you manage to beat this new, secret ninja, you'll take home a unique reward.
