Demeo x Dungeons & Dragons: Battlemarked is bringing the world’s most popular tabletop RPG to VR, with a new trailer hinting at the adventures to come.
Games like Tabletop Simulator have shown just how effective VR can be for replicating the feel of board games. This is how the original Demeo became a hit, as it was an RPG that emulated the experience of dragging minis around a cardboard dungeon.
It was announced in January 2024 that Resolution Games, the studio behind Demeo, was working on a D&D game, following the runaway success of Baldur’s Gate 3. It was announced today that this game is Demeo x Dungeons: Battlemarked, with a trailer on the Resolution Games website.
Battlemarked Is Combining D&D With Demeo
According to the official Battlemarked website, the game will be cross-platform, coming to PC, consoles, and VR devices. The launch date, price, and full range of platforms have yet to be revealed.
