A good amount of content has been released for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate through Update 7.0.

The new content includes new outfits to dress up your Mii Fighters in. Altair's white cloak and hood from Assassin's Creed will be added for Mii Fighters, as well as an outfit based off of Cuphead. There will also be a Rabbids hat, as well as costumes based off of Mega Man X and Mega Man Battle Network. All of these outfits will be available for $0.75.

A new Spirit Board Challenge Pack will also be available as a free download for active Nintendo Switch Online members. This Challenge Pack will include items that will help power up your spirits in Spirit Mode. This includes more spirit points and additional snacks. The Challenge Pack will be available to download through the Nintendo eShop.

Smash's Update 7.0 will also come with some balancing for the game. Characters such as Yoshi, Kirby, and Little Mac will be receiving small shield buffs. Joker received a nerf in the update. Arsene's summoned time has been decreased, and the range for Joker's gun while shooting down while airborne has been decreased. The two Samus characters received a buff that increasing the launch distance for their Up Smash Attacks, as well as the power of their midair grabs. You can see a chart of who got a nerf or a buff here.

Byleth from Fire Emblem: Three Houses was added to Smash Ultimate as the game's newest playable character recently. The fighter was the last character from the game's Season Pass, but will not be the last DLC fighter to come to the title. It has been announced that a second Season Pack is in the works, and will include six new characters. The pack will be available for pre-order fro $30. Those who purchase the pass will receive the Ancient Soldier costume from The Legend of Zedla: Breath of the Wild, which includes a helmet and outfit for the Mii Fighter.

I have been playing video games for as long as I can remember. I am a huge fan of JRPGs, though I also enjoy fighters. I have been writing about video games for a few years now. If it has a great story, I am sure that I will dig it.
