Spider-Man 2 only just released on Steam a few days ago and there's already a mod that replaces Peter's controversial new face model with John Bubniak from the original PS4 release.
Despite being a trilogy of legitimately great games (yes, even the most recent one that weirdly gets a ton of hate), there's a surprising amount of discourse in the Marvel's Spider-Man community. Whether its puddlegate, the extreme annoyance surrounding Spider-Man's suits, or the playable MJ sections, players have a lot to complain about.

Perhaps the biggest source of controversy for Marvel's Spider-Man, though, is when Insomniac replaced Peter Parker's face after the first game released. When Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered and Miles Morales rolled around, the original face model, John Bubniak, was taken over by Ben Jordan so that he'd better fit the game's improved motion capture.
