Valve has announced a pair of new, free apps that will bring new Steam features to your Android or iOS mobile devices including tablets, phones, TV or Apple TV..
Steam Link will launch next week and will allow players to bring their (probably too big...) library of Steam games to their favorite mobile devices while connected "via 5Ghz networks or wired Ethernet to a host system (Mac or PC). The app will support the Steam Controller, MFI controllers and others across both platforms.
The second app, Steam Video, will allow users to stream "thousands of movies and shows available on Steam directly via their Android and iOS devices" while using Wifi or LTE.
