Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater Is Bringing Back The Ape Escape Mode

A new trailer that was seemingly released early on the PlayStation Store has revealed that Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater will release on August 25 and include the original game's Ape Escape mode.

After decades of doing nothing but crossovers and Pachinko machines, Konami has finally started pulling its foot out of the grave over the past few years. The first big move it made was reintroducing Silent Hill through a successful remake of the second game (alongside some less successful spin-offs), and its next swing is with Metal Gear Solid.

We went hands-on with the VIRTUOS mission in Unreal Engine 5.

For a while, rumours were flying around that Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater would be getting a remake by Virtuos, which was later confirmed to be the case. Since that announcement was made, we've seen a lot of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, but have been left wondering when we'd get our hands on it.
