While we know Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is set for release this year, Hideo Kojima hasn't hinted at which quarter we'll see it appear on PS5. However, the game has just been rated in South Korea, which could mean the release date is near.

The filing on the Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC) website also provides some more information about the upcoming sequel.

Death Stranding 2: On the Beach Not For Minors

The rating listing, translated to English, reads: "An adventure game about delivering parcels across a post-apocalyptic world and connecting cities to save humanity."

As one might expect, Death Stranding 2 has been rated as "Not Available for Minors." It features the following adult content:

While the details revealed in the rating isn't exactly earth-shattering, the fact that it's been rated now is. Usually, when a game gets rated in South Korea, it means it's set to launch in the next 3-4 months.
