Housemarque Reveals New Game, Saros

Housemarque's next game was just revealed at PlayStation's State of Play. Saros is launching at some point in 2026, with the trailer showing of some cinematics.

Saros is described as a new single-player IP from Housemarque. It follows on from its roguelike hit, Returnal, which launched on PlayStation 5 back in 2021.

The Saros reveal may not have given us any gameplay, but the cinematics give us an idea of the vibe that Houesemarque is going for. And with the new IP launching at some point in 2026, it's likely that we'll get a better look at the game later on in the year, perhaps at the next State of Play.

As for what we can glean from the trailer, the description gives us more of an idea on what we'll be up against:
