Along with the reveal of the PC release date for Death Stranding, it was revealed that there will be Half-Life crossover event for the game. Not much information has been released about the event so far. We do know that Death Stranding's protagonist Sam Bridges can have a reed steam valve on the back of his head. It has also been shown that he can wear a headcrab as an accessory.
Death Stranding creator Hideo Kojima recently released a tweet pointing at the possibility that he may be working on a Silent Hill title. In the tweet, Kojima is sitting at a desk with a notepad that reads "Next Week!" and is using a pencil that says "Pyramid" on it, which could be a subtle nod to the infamous Silent Hill monster Pyramid Head. The tweet reads "Sorry to be silent everyone!" The use of the word silent has added more fire to the fact that Kojima may be working on a title from the horror series, though it is a stretch. Kojima was originally working on a Silent Hill project that ultimately was cancelled. Konami is said to be working on two Silent Hill titles, so perhaps one of those games could be the game that Kojima was originally working on.
Death Stranding originally released on the PlayStation 4 last year. The game was met with critical acclaimed, earning seven nominations for the Game Developers Choice Awards.
