While no exact figures were shared, Ubisoft has said in its latest quarterly earnings report that pre-orders for Assassin's Creed Shadows are "solid."
Assassin's Creed Shadows Pre-Orders In Line With Odyssey
In the report (via Eurogamer) , Ubisoft said Assassin's Creed Shadows pre-order numbers are "in line with those of Assassin's Creed Odyssey, the second most successful entry of the franchise."
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot is optimistic about the game, stating that "early previews have been positive." Guillemot added, "I want to commend the incredible talent and dedication of the entire Assassin’s Creed team, who is working tirelessly to ensure that Shadows delivers on the promise of what is the franchise's most ambitious entry yet."
This is good news for Ubisoft, as the company has been down on their luck lately.
