Hello Games isn’t slowing down with patches as it drops another hotfix for No Man’s Sky a day after the last update. The latest version smooths out the unexpected crashes, missing rewards, and mission progress glitches that slipped through the cracks of its latest Worlds Part 2 expansion.
No Man’s Sky 5.56 update is now live on PC and is expected to roll out to consoles soon. While not a massive patch, it tackles key issues that players found most annoying and have plagued the game since Worlds Part 2 dropped on January 29, 2025.
No Man’s Sky 5.56 Update
Some of the issues now resolved in No Man’s Sky version 5.56 include the bug in Titan Expedition that showed some rewards as already claimed. Another fixed bug blocked the floating Nautilon Chamber-building mission.
PS5 players in particular have a reason to smile as the nasty crash that abruptly ended the adventure in the last-gen version is now eliminated. With the reward system and mission objectives in the Titan Expedition now functioning properly, you get an interstellar exploration without unnecessary roadblocks.
