Information-starved Deltarune fans have received an update about the game’s progress, as game creator Toby Fox has outlined some of the technical issues slowing down the release of Chapter 3 & 4.
Deltarune Chapter 2 launched in 2021, leaving fans with years of speculating about the upcoming parts of the game. One of the main questions people have asked is when Chapter 3 & 4 will be released.
Toby Fox has previously promised that the next parts of Deltarune will launch in 2025, but there are some technical issues that need to be fixed first. Fox outlined these problems in a post on BlueSky, with the issues centered around the console ports.
Deltarune Chapter 3 & 4 Console Testing Is Ongoing
According to Fox, the bug-testing on the console versions is ongoing and hasn’t even begun on the PlayStation 5. It’s unclear if testing is completed on the PC version, with fans expecting it to launch on Windows before coming to other platforms.
