I think it's safe to say that Cloak & Dagger will be getting a nerf soon. Most likely, it will be part of the mid-season update set for release this February 21, which will introduce The Thing and Human Torch to the game.
Are you surprised with the pick and win rates or not at all? As a Cloak & Dagger main, I can't say I'm surprised, given the character not only nullifies a lot of ultimate, but the support character can deal a good load of damage as well.
