Darkrai ex remains eternally popular, but everything below that has been highly changeable. For a period, Skarmory and Magnezone had the best win rate in the entire meta, though that deck has now dropped down to second place, and decks including both Electivire and Cresselia have both carved out their niches.

Since the release of Space-Time Smackdown, Exeggutor has found a whole new utility, taking advantage of Darkrai ex's weakness to Grass-type Pokemon. With its quick set-up and low energy cost, it has found its popularity rise to heights it's never been at before.
According to Limitless TCG, during the Genetic Apex era, Exeggutor ex decks were only used by around 1 percent of players. Here, they had a roughly 43 percent win rate.
