A new mod for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth has added Cloud’s iconic outfit from the Kingdom Hearts series, giving fans the chance for that iteration of the character to cross blades with Sephiroth once more.
Cloud Strife might be the Final Fantasy character to have the most crossover appearances, appearing not only in other entries of the same franchise but also in the Super Smash Bros. series, where he has been a fighter since the 3DS/Wii U era.
One of Cloud’s most memorable appearances is in the Kingdom Hearts franchise, where he’s seen sporting a more gothic-inspired outfit, similar to Vincent Valentine from his home game. Unfortunately, this version of the character hasn’t been seen for a long time.
Those who want to bring back the even moodier Cloud can do so in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, thanks to a new mod available on Nexus Mods, created by user ColossalCake.
