While the status of future DLC for 2023s Mortal Kombat 1 continues to be up in the air, the game still has commitments to its Khaos Reigns expansion and Kombat Pack 2 fighters.
Originally unveiled in July, Mortal Kombat 1's second Kombat Pack introduced more guest fighters, including Ghostface and Conan the Barbarian, as well as fan favorite Noob Saibot. And, over the course of the past few months, those fighters have slowly trickled out, with Terminator 2's T-1000 being the final roster member left to be released.
Mortal Kombat often celebrates its history with action and horror icons, but gaming is part of that legacy too.
On Sunday, the official Mortal Kombat YouTube account provided a first-look at T-1000, complete with the sweet vocals of Robert Patrick, his original actor. Set for a March 18th release date, the 50-second teaser is chock-full of T2 references, including a trip on the iconic semi-truck.
