For those who played and finished Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and worried the next game in the franchise would feature only Miles Morales as the game's lone Spider-Man, you'll be happy to know that won't be the case.

Yuri Lowenthal, the voice actor behind Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the game confirmed that the original Spider-Man will be back in the third chapter of Insomniac Games' multi-million selling superhero franchise.

Peter Parker Won't Be Stuck On The Sidelines In Spider-Man 3

Spoiler Warning: If you've yet to finish Marvel's Spider-Man 2, I suggest skipping this part, as it talks about the ending a bit.

Speaking to The Direct, Lowenthal was asked about Marvel's Spider-Man 2 ending where Peter Parker seems to have retired for the time being, and has given the responsibility of being Spider-Man to Miles Morales. This was to put his personal life as the priority, to not only spend time with Mary Jane, but also to help build the Emily-May Foundation.

Lowenthal confirmed that while he can't say a lot about the game, he can confirmed we'll be seeing Peter Parker in action.
