Monster Hunter Wilds is undoubtedly one of the biggest launches we've seen in a while. The game entered Steam's top-ten list in merely an hour after launch, reached one million concurrent players in six hours, and sold over eight million copies in just three days. It is officially Capcom's biggest game of all-time.
But maybe not what the series needs.
