Xbox appears to be moving away from exclusives altogether. The Outer Worlds 2 is launching day and date on PS5 and Xbox, whereas Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is enjoying a few months of timed exclusivity before making its way to Sony's platform sometime in "Spring 2025". Microsoft has been candid about its case-by-case strategy — what games will launch when and where — but there's no word yet on Avowed.
One fan, u/Blacktuth_, claims to have asked Obsidian Entertainment's support team to try and finally get an answer. They were allegedly told, "Unfortunately, your attempts to bribe, kidnap, enchant, charm, and intimidate have all failed. I do appreciate the effort! There are no plans to launch on additional platforms at this time, but if that changes we'll be sure to let players know."
