Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Campaign is now available on all platforms.
Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Campaign is now available on PC and Xbox One (via Gamespot). The campaign had released on PlayStation 4 earlier this month. Modern Warfare 2 will set players back $20. Buying the game on any of its available platforms will net players the underwater Demo Team Classic Ghost Bundle. This bundle comes with the Classic Ghost skin, two weapon blueprints, a weapon charm, a finishing move and voice quip, a calling card and emblem, and two Battle Pass Tier skips.
The release of Modern Warfare 2's campaign on PC and Xbox One comes soon after Modern Warfare's latest patch. The patch gave players the ability to customize their weapons through Gunsmith Customs. The MK9 Bruen LMG was added to the game, and can be obtained through the "Encryption" bundle or by completing a challenge in the Weapons menu. Gamers will also have access to the Pyromaniac bundle, which comes with a skin for Krueger, the Caldera Legendary blueprint, a finishing move, flaming Throwing Knives, and more. There is also a new Contract in Warzone. Entitled Most Wanted, the Contract makes players a Bounty Target for all teams. If that player survives, they get a reward: the redeployment of all their fallen teammates.
This weekend will be a Double XP, Double Weapon XP, and Double Battle Pass Tier Progression rate event. The event begins on May 1st, and will end on May 4th. All players need to do is jump into any playlist in Modern Warfare or Warzone.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Warzone, and Modern Warfare 2 Remastered Campaign are all available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Modern Warfare or Warzone is required in order to play Modern Warfare 2. Modern Warfare 2 does not come with a multiplayer mode.
