The march to this year's Go Fest has already begun in Pokemon Go with the current Might and Mastery season not coming to an end until the Go Fest weekends have already begun this June. There's something to look forward to long before then though with the announcement that two more Pokemon will be making their Go debuts later this month.
Niantic has revealed which Pokemon will be making their Go debuts next via an update detailing what trainers can expect from this month's Bug Out event. The biggest takeaway from the update is that Sizzlipede and its evolved form Centiskorch will be appearing in the wild in Pokemon Go for the first time.
There's still nothing quite like a Pokemon Go event.
Sizzlipede will start appearing in the wild when the Bug Out event begins at 10 am local time on March 26, 2025. Centiskorch will presumably appear in the wild too, but far less frequently. Niantic has also confirmed you will need 50 Sizzilipede candies to evolve the Bug/Fire-type into Centiskorch, so even if you don't find its evolved form in the wild during the event, it should be easy enough to harvest enough candy to evolve one....
